No thanks....the new internet ticket booking introduced last year was worse than what we were using already.

P, a question... you often post a simple in reply to others posts - what exactly are you trying to express with your ? To me it means neutral (as its name suggests) but I take it you mean to imply something more unsatisfactory, no?

What he means is the website look and the ticketing system are slightly different.
