cp Not sure that the site's aim is to be found high up on Google rankings, as other commercial sites might desire. In any case there seems to be some disquiet about using AMP ( https://www.theregister.co.uk/2017/05/1 ... d_bad_bad/ )

Top Flight I don't like it.
I preferred the old one.

Me too. The mobile one does view better, but on a 13" laptop it's not good; I hardly get the opening front page pic on the depth of the screen and having to keep scrolling down to see what else is available rather than the slideshow moving across, which you could click to open is not good either.
As they say 'if it ain't broke, why fix it'. They could have spent that money on 30 minutes of a new striker's pay cheque.

One87One This is still the generic website rolled out to most Football League clubs. We've been tied to that forever. When can we, if we want to, break away from it?

No Fixed Abode The old one was awful. It was poorly designed.
Tickets - click on tickets, oh you need to go to Reading FC Direct . Why not just simplify it? Well hopefully they have now.
Edit* Nope it's still the same. Click on tickets for Gillingham then it says:-
How to Buy
Online: visit http://www.readingfcdirect.co.uk
so you click on the link thinking it'll take you to the page for Gillingham tickets but it just takes you to another main menu page. Then you have to click on Match tickets and choose Gillingham tickets again.

Have you bought a ticket for the Gillingham match?
