Plymouth exile I will be braving the 2243 home.

Clyde1998 Around 369 sold, including Block M (seating) being sold out. I'd be surprised if we got any additional seats given how empty the terrace is at this stage (about quarter full).

Is almost a sellout now with a month to go.

Jagermesiter1871RG30 Anyone else braving the 1am train home?
Why are trains in this country so pathetic. Haven't a clue how to do this:
Drive 2 hrs 40, no beers.
Star bus - leave 2pm to get down there. Won't be home until God knows when.
Train - not home until gone 4am for the hefty sum of £200odd.

Do you expect there to be high demand for a train from the South West back towards London after 10pm on a Tuesday? Yeah, god knows why there aren't many options and why they're super expensive...!

stealthpapes Super offpeak return, available now, is £88. Two singles in advance is £80ish and I reckon you could have got cheaper, earlier, or by picking tickets according.
Anytime return, i.e. what you'd pay on the day, is £248.
tldr buy train tickets in advance.
I do like that there's a train at 20:52 and then an absolute grizzler of a journey starting at 01:07 and getting to Reading just before 4. No similar train heading north so if I do head down, it would have to be an overnight. No, wait, an 0320 coach

RG30 Not sure where the £200 sum is coming from, paid £57 myself which is reasonable enough.

In fairness they run an hourly service up until 9pm so must be a level of demand. A bit of smarts and you'd have 500odd football fans on the 10:30 train.

For Super off peak you'd have to leave by 3:30pm.
