What is it with the Premium TV Offical Webshite? Every once in a while it will log me out and I can not log back in, as registration was a big pain in the first place! Therefore my login details were awfully hard to remember and now I am locked out of the site at work as well as home!

they store a cookie to remember who you are, so if you delete your cookies you will lose the "remember me" login.

This website does the same thing but no doubt you know your login and password on here

They want to get rid of the picture of Gerrard, Beckham, Terry and Robinson as well.

The World Cup ended ages ago.

Wasn't this Premium TV thing a deal that most Football League clubs had to sign up to? Now that we're in the Premiership, does this not apply anymore?

I can't see the club investing in a new website anytime soon.

PTV provide the service of all the match highlights, which saves the club the bother.

Also PTV do the hosting, and have templates to save the poor old Media team from designing it themselves - Also making all the sites the same (Part of the cunning old McFootball product we're being sold?)

And they also charge you £35 a year for the highlights, but to be fair to them, its a pretty good service there - Better resolution will lead to better videos, and I think it'll be TV standard in a few years.

PTV is owned by NTL not ITV. I can't remember how long the deal was for but I'm not far wrong in saying about ten years I think. So, even though we are now in the Prem we still have to stick with this contract instead of tendering it out to another company

Remember that the deal with PTV paid for John Salako!

Ah yes, as the second most visited club site in Division One, we got £50,000

Very generous.

Hmm, save £35 but have to be an NTL customer?

Not worth it!

Not only that but RW's highlights are not so relevant in the Prem where you can see extensive highlights of most matches either on Sky or BBC.

Actually discounted to £24.99 but I won't be continuing.

Far more visibility of the club to be had on other media sources now we are in the Prem and the rest of the package isn't really worth it.

The official website is excellent and clearly a lot of work goes into it to keep it updated every day.

The only minor gripe I have regarding the site is the rather plain banner they have had at the top of the page for about the past three seasons.

About time for a new look I think.

Or is my firefox playing up?
