didnt know what section this should go in but some relief for everyone who moans at how bad our sales centre is!!

My uncle is a watford fan and lives in the US, i'm trying to get him some tickets for Watford v Wigan so rang up the Watford ticketline, no only was i kept waiting for similar length to what we have at Reading but they are subjected to a selection of Elton John songs whilst they are in the queue!

After listening to Elton go through a series of his greatest hits for 20 minutes i was cut off before speaking to anyone, needless to say, i'm not going through that again so my uncle can miss out on the game!
