Royalty Points

by Hahnemann's Hairdresser » 16 Jan 2007 11:29

This isn't a 'moan at how poor the system is' thread-just a question about Royalty points. I went to the Burnley cup game (for my sins!) however I bought my ticket on the evening of the game, and despite giving my member card over to get my points when I bought the ticket, they havn't been added. I still have my ticket from the game, can I take that along to the ticket office as proof I went and claim my points?

Suppose so. They should have it on the system anyway. All the tickets you have brought with your member card are logged on to the Sales Centre's computers.

Thats the thing though, despite giving my member card over, I was issued a paper ticket so the game, nor the royalty points, ever existed on my card according to the system. :?

Sometimes tickets appear in your online order history for your member card or season ticket without royalty points and the points are added on later.

If the transaction does not appear at all then it is unlikely that you will ever get the points. :(

Pretty poor show considering they were trying to bribe people to attend the Burnley game with extra Royalty points. Then when someone does make the effort to attend they don't get the points!

Well I still have my ticket, although they may turn round and say that it doesn't prove anything as I could have found it on the floor! To be fair I was late getting to the ground but still, it'd be nice to have the points in my account!

And someday I will get my 2 royalty points for Stoke away when both tickets appeared in my sons on-line order history but only his ticket received royalty points.

How did he manage that?? IIRC all the games against Stoke, since we've implemented the royalty points scheme have been pay on the day games, apologies if im wrong.
