FA Youth Cup game

by Compo's Hat » 04 Jan 2010 12:58

With both Reading and Newcastle playing on the same day in FA Cup replays, do you reckon there's any chance of the clubs moving this tie otherwise there may well be nobody there. I myself like attending these games and it would be a shame to miss this.

Defo on Wednesday.

Should be a good game, Newcastle aren't great, but results have been very poor for us so far this season.

Anyone know how many people actually went? Not many I should guess.

It should have been postponed/brought forward by at least a day once the FAC Replay and ITV Broadcast for the 1st Team was confirmed.

Shame - the young lads deserved a good turn-out at the Madstad.

I'm sure I read somewhere, possibly getreading website that there were 200 there, of which half were scouts. (Not the Baden-Powell variety)

Was something along those lines. Was surprised to read that Barry Hunter was there as a scout for Man City!
