Torres? That's a strange choice tbf seeing as he's been sub. Costa has had a stinker. But I think that's mainly not being fit enough. You could also pick nearly all the Spain team, except Azpilicueta.

Yes, Costa has been awful. I think the reason people think Torres is awful is that thing's havent really improved when he has come on. Also interested to hear why you think Chelsea's Cesar has been any better than the rest.

As will I on the Azpilicueta bit. He has been out of his depth completely, offered no attacking threat in the way that Ramos and even Arbeloa did when they played rb for Spain and his inclusion in the squad ahead of CL winner Dani Carvajal is probably one of the most mystifying calls Del Bosque has ever made.

I am convinced if he hadn't tried to save it he would have still saved it. The shot was heading straight for his face. If he had kept his arms by his side he'd have been a hero rather than a muppet.
