OuroborosPepe the HorsemanOuroboros Only just seen the result - missed the shoot-out because we went out to a Samuel Beckett play.
Despair, disappointment, alienation.
The play was good, though.
Oh boy!
From the episode where Sam leaps into Pepe's body:

Pepe the Horseman What's the vibe like in Holland now, Tules? Are they starting to believe?

Very much so Peps! The team is more together than they have ever been and they have total faith in Van Gaal. Van Gaal is trying to temper expectations though.
At the start of the tournament nobody thought they would get out of the group, infact the orange flags and paraphernalia didn't go up until after the Spain match. But what I love is that everyone here gets right into it. Shops close early, the bars are packed and everyone wears something orange, young and old, football fan or not. It's a great atmosphere and the noise that reverberates around the city when they score is phenominal.
