Football tournament started in 1905 that is held in the Channel Islands each year. 3 participants - Alderney, Jersey & Guernsey.

Alderney play a semi final against either Jersey or Guernsey (rotated each year) and the winner of that semi final plays the other in the final. This Saturday Alderney take on Jersey in their semi final

there was also some controversy last year as the Jersey police instructed Condor Ferries to delay their Guernsey to Jersey departure time by 2 hours meaning away fans only arrived shortly before the game, which was done to limit away fans drinking time in a bid to avoid expected trouble. lol

notable highlights* are being beaten 19-0 by Gibraltar, 16-0 by Greenland and 20-0 by the Isle of Wight (lol) over the space of a few days in 2003.
Think they might have called it a day after that.

Be fair, it's only 103. They won the final in 1920 when the competition was restarted after World War I. Before WWII they rotated who played in the semi-final, so every three years Alderney got a bye to the final.
