England's most successful club?

I reckon about 5 years or less...

Yep, I’d say that’s about right. Imho, the current team has the potential to be better than United’s previous ‘great’ Premier League team of the late 90s. No reason they can’t add another couple of European cups in the next few seasons too, as well as league titles.

MUTV interview with Fergie over the weekend

So then, you said you wanted to knock Liverpool off their perch, do you think you’re on the verge of doing that?
I did that years ago 8)

Depends if Fergie is still there when the money runs out in four seasons

Depends how quickly Ronaldo buggers off to Real.

Depends how long Fergie sticks around.

Depends if Liverpool get a manager who will actually compete for the league from day one.

Apart from Torres, Gerrard and Reina.
Manchester United wipe the floor in regards to quality of players.
What Ferguson maybe failed to do back in 1999 was to really improve the squad so he could win a couple more CL's.
If he stays and they improve, they'll be hard to beat.

They'll overtake Liverpool in less than 5 years.
I can't see Liverpool winning the League for a good few years!

Even another Munich wouldn't help them, as there are a couple of London clubs better than them too...
