RTFC Drummer No but Ronaldo is the main person to score the goals for United at thats why I think they will struggle unlike Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea who have other people who can score on regular basis and people who make things happen.

Rooney will score goals
Nani will score goals
Giggs will score goals
Tevez will score goals

What exactly is your point? :?

Rooney will score goals (not enough of them, can score crackers but thats about it)
Nani will score goals (greed but can't rely on midfield to score goals instead of your strikers)
Giggs will score goals (getting old and not as good as he used to be)
Tevez will score goals (Not fast enough)

What exactly is your point? :?

You really don't make any sense - your point is that Man Utd will struggle without Ronaldo cos of his goals, i give you some players who can score them for the next few weeks until he is fit and your answers include "can't rely on midfield to score" (even though Ronaldo is a midfielder?!) - "Tevez is not fast enough" (what has pace got to do with scoring goals?) - "Rooney can score crackers" (they're still goals)

Give it up!

I'm not even a Man Utd fan and i know how good they are and will be in the top 2 come the end of the season.

I agree with the original poster on this. Watched the whole game live yesterday and I thought the same.

Giggs and Scholes - looked too old
Fletcher - LOL
Rooney -
Campbell - Not good enough

The subs bench was just kids bar an old Gary Neville. Ronaldo is a big miss, but is he going to put it all in when he returns ? Tevez can't do it on his own.

Chelsea will piss the Prem this year.

LOL @ people writing United off after the start to last season we had.

Giggs and Scholes – won’t be playing that much this year
Fletcher - won’t be playing that much this year
Rooney – just back after being ill, still off the pace
Campbell – potentially 6th choice striker behind Berbatov, Rooney, Tevez, Saha and Manucho.

So basically we have Hargreaves, Anderson, Nani, Tevez, Berbatov, Ronaldo and Rooney to get match fit and already people are claiming they can’t win the league

Oh and I had to have a hearty LOL at the angry exchange between Giggs and Ferdinand. I think it went something like this:

Giggs - "....Don't be a f*cking prick!"
Ferdinand - "Pass the ball, mate. Pass the ball."

Or something like that.

I will draw a line here to this topic. Man U might only win by 1 goal when Ronaldo isn't there but are used to beating teams by 2,3 or 4 goals.

WTF. Do you think you get more points if you win by more than one goal. Idiot.

By struggle, he means "maybe finish 3rd"

Which most clubs would sell their right testicle for.

Bit of perspective here.

LOL at the suggestion Tevez is overweight.

I've seen him play a fair few times and every game he has run himself into the ground, i've never seen a striker with his kind of workrate, he is superb.
