If I was him I would try to engineer a transfer to Spurs.

I think the best thing would be to knuckle down and get amongst the goals at Stoke.

I just can't see him scoring regularly in a side like SCFC who don't play the ball on the floor...

'greed.

It's just a lame attempt to discuss whether we should try to bring him back.

Kitson to return ?

by thefruits » 19 Oct 2008 17:45

R5Live reporting that Kitson stormed off past the manager, his replacement (Ricardo Fuller) and stormed down the tunnel after being subbed early on in 2nd half of game today vs Spuds...

I wonder... Kits to return in Jan... for cut price £2m move after Doyler moves to Spuds for £15m (by that time they will be absolutely desperate !)

I'd settle for that.

By the way.. Am I the only one thinking that if we had Lita available yesterday rather than Long .. we would have won the game ?

quite possibly, but how did Long do?

Kitson coming back could be ideal, esspecially if Doyle (God forbid) leaves us
But he probably wont, players will want to move on in their career, not go back to an old club, they want to get better, but i wouldn't mind him coming back. Would be nice

He was not a happy bunny today when he got subbed! Stoke are unbelievably shite and will def go down. Hopefully take Bolton with them. Can't stand the type of football they play. Even bigger  @ Spurs!

i was watching the game and although kitson did go off in a strop he did go to the bench rather than down the tunnel

How long has Stoke been in the North of England?

I do see what people mean when they say things like this... When you look on a map Stoke looks like it's just above the middle... However, it is only 40 miles (as the crow flies) south of Manchester, and most people would say Manchester is in the north... So you can see why Stoke could be perceived as being north...

It's north of Watford.

I live in Manchester and I would say that Stoke was the Potteries - a no-man's land between the North-West and the Midlands.

Manchester isn't the North - it's the North-West. The North is Darlington, Newcastle, Carlisle. It's a common mistake to make but an important one...
