FORSTERS_RIGHT_FOOT Don't know how old the story is, but only just found out that ex-Czech international Jan Koller, is now playing in the french 3rd division with Cannes.

There are quite a few worse places to play your home football.
For example 3rd div football at Cannes>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>3rd div at Reading.

My (northern) copy of the Sun has a Stephen Hunt to Wolves for £3m story...

I would be disappointed if this is the case as I wanted to see the end of the season snivelling for a transfer as he is a premier league player after 'Ull go down...

Jose Fonte signs for Southampton.

Brilliant signing for the Saints, suprised he's gone down to League One TBH.

If ever further proof weas needed that Steve Bruce is a crackpot:

"Sunderland manager Steve Bruce insists Birmingham and Stoke cannot afford to buy striker Kenwyne Jones, who on his day is worth £40million."

& yesterday linked with Chris Kirkland.

Would be a very strange buy from Mancini. The defence has looked better since Mancini joined, but nevertheless, Toure and Lescott >>>>> Kaboul, surely?

Claims he has already signed until the end of the season. I have to say it is a move that surprises me somewhat.

Liverpool have beaten off their rivals by securing the signature of striker Marouane Chamakh for £25m. Arsenal, Inter Milan and Juventus were all after the Bordeaux man, who is out of contract at the end of the season.

:? Would they REALLY pay £25m for a player they can sign for nothing in 6 months time???

And the 25M spoken about was to include a signing-on fee and wages over 5 years.

Mancini has promised one new face at City.

Lesscott and Tevez are fighting over it.
