It remains to be seen if Holloway will keep to his word and resign, but he did later qualify that by saying he would only go if chairman Karl Oyston agreed it was in the club's best interest.

Blackpool have been fined £25,000 by the Premier League for fielding a weakened team in a league game against Aston Villa on 10 November.
The Seasiders boss made 10 changes to the side that drew 2-2 against Everton at Bloomfield Road the Saturday before.
Blackpool manager Ian Holloway had threatened to resign if the club were fined, later saying: "I'm the manager and I manage the players how I want."
The Seasiders have 14 days to decide whether to appeal against the fine.

RobRoyal Angry.
Arsenal made 8 changes when they played Wigan on 29 Dec. They have to get fined too now, surely? Or is the Premier League's position that Bendtner is better than Harewood so Arsenal are allowed?
Skyline, on page2, Thing is, where do you draw the line as far as 'too many changes' is concerned? If you say 10 changes is 'too many' (as the FA did with Wolves last year), what about 9?
If 9 is 'too many', what about 8?
Still too many? OK, how about 7? 6? 5?
Just where do you draw the line on this?

bigmike I did look and I couldnt see a thread that said blackpool fined so I assumed that it wasnt mentioned

bigmike Sir Alex makes 10 changes and its called squad roatation... if they happen to win the game its then called inspired..
When a Small team do the same thing and are beaten by a last min goal they get fined..
Typical Premier league looking after the big teams mentality
