Surely that then opens the SFA and Rangers to receiving counter claims from the player's new clubs..... looks like this sorry saga is going to run on another front now.
UEFA and FIFA will get involved sooner rather than later; this is bringing international football into total disrepute.

Simon's Church Didn't Roma only just buy him out of his Parma contract? Why do that just to sell him to Liverpool?
Maybe Roma had that option to buy him out of the co-ownership with Parma for a set price which means the £10m that Liverpool pay with go straight to them instead of being split. Parma got around £3.5m from the buy out.

Apparently a close friend of Carroll has said there is no chance Carroll will be leaving Liverpool. That said, Rodgers doesn't seem to warm on him.
