It was shambolic. Anouncement, ref will sound his whistle to start and stop it. I didn't hear a whistle to start it. So it didn't get off to a great start. Then murmurs through it... often people arriving late not realising, but didn't seem that way. And then finished before the whistle.

It's not a good advert for football is it.

We look utter shit, and half of them look like they're not sure whether to give it the full 60%, or to just settle for 40% effort.

First look with no replay and referee instinct is to say another penalty and cleverly sent off if I have the right player

I think you're right. If it hadn't been immediately after a pen I think it would have been.

Great work from Hart, shit pen though.

Wilshere living up to his reputation, looks a class apart right now and combining well with Rooney and Walcott.

Wilshere has been the standout man so far, mazy runs with quick footwork, defence splitting balls and a physical presence

I know Johnson is exciting when he is marauding forward and makes good interceptions but his positional play at RB is terrible. I don't buy that Cashley is the best LB in the world (in fact he isn't even the best English LB) but his positioning and decision making on when to get forward is clearly far superior.

I can't understand how Neymar could miss that badly, I think his shooting leg catches Cleverly as he's lunging before it comes forward to strike the ball. Then Cleverly comes through and any other contact is after the shot.

Much much better than the first 20 minutes now -> Summed up by ambling along with no movement, to the point where taking a throw on took about a minute.

Now we've got a bit of pace and incisiveness about our play at times. Not impressed with Cleverly or Welbeck so far. Wilshere, Walcott, Johnson, Rooney all looking good at least.

Whoever's fans it was, it's wrong; but it's not like United fans haven't taunted Liverpool or Leeds over equally tragic circumstances. You ignore it and move on.
