Paul Ince is unhappy with Blackpool's 'sacking by text'

Paul Ince says he is "deeply disappointed" to have been told about his sacking as Blackpool boss in a text message from the Championship club.

The ex-England star left the Tangerines on Tuesday after less than a year.

Ince, who said his exit came without warning, expressed "sadness" at the decision and the manner in which he was told of his sacking.

Blackpool chairman Karl Oyston said the 46-year-old was informed about his exit by "letter and text message".

Chris Wilder has resigned from 6th placed League 2 Oxford after 5 years... to join bottom club Northampton. Good man!!

Wednesday stick with Stuart Gray and give him a two and a half year deal.

Manager Leaving?

by FridaysGhost » 31 Jan 2014 19:50

Caused by Takeover problems apparently. Must either be Leeds or Reading. NA or BMcD.

Should be confirmed which in the next few minutes - Talksport.

"No. Never would I walk away from the club," declared the former Reading boss.
"I'm a long way from home but I'd never do that, I'd never do it to the players or the staff or the supporters. They deserve better.

Wasn't he on a 3 yr contract? Well hope he picks up the final 2 yrs money. Can't stand Leeds, nasty club, nasty fans, nasty style too.

BMcD's pay-off will hopefully knock a small hole in their transfer kitty.

BMcD's a genuine block, and didn't deserve that. Mind you, he probably didn't deserve the boot from us, although I could sort of see the reasoning.

Pretty sure he'll resurface soon, hopefully at a genuine club.

Even in the press up here there were rumblings that he would be out with a new owners coming in, even though I was never his greatest supporter, it again just goes to show what a brutle cut throat industry this football management is.

So far, all that has been said is - McD has walked! Nothing about him being sacked but a lot about his disaffection with the potential Italian Owners.

Any bookies taking money on Kebe suddenly developing an injury that'll keep him out for the rest of the season?

BM got a couple of mill off of us last year and will get the same this time. On the bright side, he's sorted for life now and out of a horrible club.
