Nothing wrong with that. They need to plan for public health and safety and are obviously thinking about neighbourly relations.

Ascotexgunner Last couple of nights have been a massive wake up call for the PL and the Bunderslegue. They look way behind the Spanish. Could be a good final.

Lolz. Last season everyone was saying how Spanish dominance of Europe was over and German football was the future. These things ebb and flow. English football will come back too.

:|

isn't that what everyone said 12 months ago about German football?

Yep spot on. Seen a few articles about the death of tiki taka etc today yet 12 months ago it was the football that everyone should aspire to.

southbank1871 0-0 in Madrid was a good result though.

Away goals are crucial. When will clubs learn!

God I hope Atleti beat those Merengue pricks. Their fans are insane but they are actually fans.

Victor Meldrew Roman (and Kes) won't be happy tonight.
Yet another losing semi-final for the master tactician.
My how they must be regretting getting the tactics wrong against Sunderland.
I wonder when the betting for next Chelsea manager will start.

No qualms here. Best team won. Take a leaf out of my book and accept you were beaten by a better team on the day.

Another European campaign over without killing anyone.

Mourmoanio going on about players not being eligible-well don't f *****g buy them if they have already played in Europe.
Also talking about the Courtois save from Terry's header-it was straight at him Jose.
Finally he said (with gritted teeth) that they were the better side only after 70 minutes-no, as Kes said so graciously, they were the better side over the whole 180 minutes.

Tactics-what tactics apart from long-ball again and playing for free-kicks and throw-ins.
Good to see them hurrying to take those throw-ins when they were 3-1 down.

Thank you for that on a Thursday morning it has made my day to think that some gormless twat on a football website feels sorry for me.
Office opens at 9.00, I'm in at 7-45 (one of the hard-working bosses)and have a bit of fun at the expense of our regular Chelsea fan-welcome to my sad life.

Moving on from Europe, what super tactics do you think Mourinho will employ against the mighty Norwich at the weekend?
Having gone all those games unbeaten at home and then losing to bottom club Sunderland I wonder if he will unleash Willian, Oscar and Hazard and play the attacking football that they are well capable of.

Dissent in the ranks?

The Daily Mail reports Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard, 23, has criticised Jose Mourinho's tactical methods after Chelsea exited the Champions League at the hands of Atletico Madrid.

"Chelsea aren't set up to play football," Belgian Hazard told beIN SPORTS' French station.

"Chelsea are set up to counter-attack."
