Bayern v Citeh would be entertaining, if only for the conspiracy theorists claiming Pep wouldn't try to win

Citeh v Ronaldo then.

It might be the draw they would have wanted.

All those millions spent and the moment their captain limps from the field you could see any belief they could win disappear from City.

What a spectacular disappointment that team is.

Yaya Toure going missing in a key CL tie. That's a shock and has never happened before.

They all went missing. I don't think I've ever seen a team move less off the ball than they did.

I was lucky enough to be in the Nou Camp when they lost to Barcelona last year, and they were static and clueless then too.

De Bruyne and Aguerro invisible ( except that late dipping shot tbf). No, change that. De Bruyne had the ball a lot and gave it away. I thought Sterling was a threat when he came on.

Why were City in that yellow kit? Perhaps their home colours are too pale/ close to Real's white, but the City away kit used to be red and black stripes.

30 minutes to score 1 goal and they didn't even make a chance. Awful.

Danilo could well be the new Chris Gunter.

Pepe trying to con the ref at every opportunity. Hope he misses the deciding penalty.

Sadly for you the defender with the fewest fouls and fewest yellow cards in La Liga is a two time Champions League Winner.

He is a disgrace though tbf. It's only Varane's lack of concentration that's kept Pepe from being a back up player.

I know he gets a lot of stick from the English media and fans but Sergio Ramos really is a titan at the back.

To borrow a toe curling phrase - Captain, Leader, Legend.

Why were commentators saying Clattenberg dealt with it really well? Two acts of clear simulation right in front of him which he saw and acted upon but no yellow card. Would put a stop to it pretty quick.
Ronaldo really knows how to gloss over a poor 120mins with a preening peacock celebration.

Yeah can't believe he celebrated scoring the winning penalty in the Champions League Final. If you noticed he took a back seat during the post match celebrations.

The great players stand up to be counted when it matters even if they have a poor game. That's the difference between someone like Ronaldo and players like Fernando Torres.

Apparently Gerard Pique is considering changing his son's name.
