NathStPaul Looks like Nick Pope is on his way to Forest. Major coup for them if it goes through.

Given that there could be significantly better options available I wouldn’t be surprised to see a late Stephen Hunt

Sounds like Tchouaméni has just about finalised his move to Real Madrid for €100M

At least it didn't drag on all summer and get tedious like they seem to do sometimes

There’s the Lewandowski business for that

Think of a really hard working and consistent Paul Pogba.

Tchuoameni, Camavinga, Valverde could be their midfield for the next decade. And just Rodrygo and Vinicius Jr up front. And they've signed Rudiger to partner Alaba, in front of Courtois. 14 CL titles? They could have 20 in a decade's time.

I feel as though they've missed out on Mbappe this time with him signing a new PSG deal, if they could have him through the middle then it would be a really exciting side that would be very difficult to stop. Not that it isn't already, but Mbappe would take them to the next level and would be a suitable replacement for Benzema as well.

Real Madrid have managed a difficult situation well over the last few seasons after losing some star names and some big flops with the likes of Hazard and Jovic for instance. Not everything has gone to plan, but they are getting it right now.

Good signing that. And it's not often you can say that about Everton.

Maybe I am wrong, but I wouldn't think his level would be anywhere near those clubs. And I am not sure those clubs would want 6 months of helping a player get fit for another team anyway.

I am spreading my net wide here by guessing either:

Spurs with no contract so will just train to keep fit

A team who have just gone up to the Prem as its good for their profile and he gets games as a good level

A football league club (Cardiff) where he will not play every game

An MLS club in a warm place as their season runs to November

I reckon option 3 or 4 are most likely

Option 5:

He stays in Spain. His family stayed back there whilst he was on loan at Spurs. They like the country, he just doesn't like the treatment he got from Marca and AS.

ooh yeah. Maybe even join one of RM's local rivals (Rayo Vallecano?)!!

And its been said enough times now that he speaks pretty decent Spanish, just doesn't want to do so in live interviews as the sports press out there will leap on any tiny error and attack him over it

Or maybe Getafe.

Getafe President Angel Torres reveals: "We spoke to Gareth Bale's agent just 45 minutes ago, they offered him to us”, tells
@afernan9

“We will consider and study this possibility”, he added.

Winston Biscuit Reckon Bayern are getting a very good deal if they buy Mane for around the same as they sell Lewandowski for, but pay less in wages and get someone who is a few years younger

Liverpool reject £30m for Mane.

Liverpool also apparently progressing with a move for Darwin Nunez, they'll likely let Mane go for nearer £40m if they can secure Nunez's signing.

Bayern bid rejected in part for add-ons described as 'laughable' because they are only paid if Bayern win the CL and Mane wins the Ballon D'Or. Up-front bid of only £23m.

Seems like quite a low-ball offer from Bayern.

Also see that Liverpool are open to shifting Minamino.

Sounds like Renato Sanches is off to AC Milan for around €20M. He has had an odd career so far with massive hype, followed by massive disappointment, but he seems to have made a sensible move and worked his way back to being a player who has got lots of praise over the last couple of years
