Hoping for good odds on Leeds relegation next season. Just three on target today, its the Reading way, or the Brian way at least.

IF that is true it sounds as though he has already been seduced by the big club bullshit mentality that has been the cause of plenty of managerial failures at Leeds and other big clubs down on their uppers and there are plenty of them in the Championship, and below.

Perhaps we should count the number of times next season our Bri refers to them as "a massive football club" and have a sweepstake?

LOL

get a grip.

He told a joke ffs.

It wasn't funny. FFS.

Hate to break it to you kiddo but it kinda was and plenty on here say the same thing about the Reading support so don't get butt hurt when others do it. Plenty of lack of respect shown for him this season as well.

Bet it was louder than a Reading home game as well.

Could you imagine the reaction on here if Brendan Rodgers had said that?

Yea, but he didn't win the Championship. He was doing a good job of taking us down.

I never really warmed to McDermott - his nice guy act was completely unconvincing and I was always surprised so many got suckered in by the "decent bloke" facade. There was always a kind of bitterness lurking just under the surface and the guy sure likes to hold a grudge or two.

Perfect fit for a club like Leeds.

Leeds wont go down next year, but they wont go up either. BM will get a bit of investment, even Warnock believes the money is there; but it's who he spends it on that will be interesting.

I can see him picking up Harte and Church on free transfers. Pugh wants his loan to Wednesday made perm, so they need a left-back, and Brian rates Churchy.

winchester_royal He's becoming increasingly unpopular with Reading fans every time he opens his mouth atm....

He won't give a shit of course, but in the long run it may harm the nice guy image he's spent so long cultivating.

Everybody in football says McDermott is a genuine bloke hence why so many in the game were sorry to see him sacked.

Let's face it you were against him from the start and were always looking for an excuse to have a go. You didn't like his tactics or style of play in the last season ok that's your prerogative but don't make stuff up about him as a person.
