weybridgewanderer personally I never want to see my rivals do well
I hope celtic get humped. Anything less than 6-1 tomorrow shows Celtic are better than everton!
Celtic going out gives Rangers £2.6M extra champions league money
There are positives to take away from it if celtic do win, rangers would be nearer pot 2, it would have a positive effect on the co-efficient and I could slag off the EPL for a change
Now the SPl is back on SKY the English media will start to big it up again even without a celtic victory

weybridgewanderer Gus,
Did you want rangers to beat Zenit in the final of the UEFA cup a couple of years ago?
by Gus the teenage cow » 17 Aug 2009 17:44
FiNeRaIn No, I won't be supporting celtic. I hope arsenal absolutely pump you. Get an early goal to silence the crowd and then go on to score a few more. However celtic are good at home in europe and it'll be a close game.
As for the welsh, I speak to them on a daily basis and find that they are polite decent people, so this pish about them hating the english is all rugby related. I don't expect any realism from you though gus.

back up the carriage there geronimo......the fact is the welsh do hate the English with the passion of a bunnyboiler on crystal meth....that's not to say that they cannot be civilised polite people but if you disucssed with them the socio-political trends of a post-nationalist britain they'd be waving their leeks and dragons about before you could say "who's your father?"

You obviously didn't hear the cardiff city fans calling in prior to the FA cup final a few years back, claiming they didn't want the welsh national anthem playing and would rather had the british national anthem, were talking about their boys serving in the army in iraq, etc
You are jsut a bigoted irishman. I know lots of irish lads from my travels and all the one's who supported english clubs or followed hurling were class. However, the one's that followed celtic were mainly dicks, so it adds up really.

Royal With Cheese The simple solution is merely to welcome back the Republic into the United Kingdom and create a UK league.
Every one's a winner.
