With their recent results, I assumed they would've been bottom of the National League South. However, they're 17th of 24 - seven points above the relegation zone. Have they had an injury crisis or something? What were their expectations for the season?

Unusual abandonment for Milton Utd v Hilltop yesterday ( match at Wallingford)
“ Due to a spectator unwilling to leave the ground, the referee has abandoned the game.”

On their Facebook page it says Milton United FC does not condone any kind of abusive / life-threatening language aimed at match officials, committee members, or supporters.

From what I can make out it would seem a fan was asked to leave at half time but declined so to do.

Rather suggests someone became “carried away’ about something that the ref or players or management didn’t appreciate.

The matter is now in the hands of the police, the FA and the league.

Odd game for there to be a 'flashpoint' of this nature- Milton are 'lodgers' @ Hithercrift, so rather doubt they had many fans there and Hilltop are from a Somali community area up in NW London.
Their Fan's can be noisy & boisterous but are also relatively few in number - they are 'nomadic' too, currently 'sharing' up at Beaconsfield?

Unrelated but ...match sounded eventful from the off (incident already has a thread of its own on NLM)
Game started 20' late as the visitors managed to turn up without socks!
The Milton Kit man had to go and find their 'spares' - presumably not straightforward as it wasn't their usual ground anyway?

Brackley did really well to hang on. Although the effort at Scarborough on Tuesday (yes I went!) was massive. Such a shame not to hold on for the point. Had they not managed the 3 points on Saturday it would have been a real kick in the teeth.

F-T Thatcham 0 Cribbs 2 - 2 poor sides with Thatcham shading the 1st half and then conceding 2 goals in the 2nd. Cribbs finished with 10 men.
It appears the Winchester v Basingstoke derby was a feisty affair with Basingstoke winning 4-2 and both sides ending with 10 men.
