So, as $ of Clubs enjoys the delights of some little island somewhere, who is going to give us the heads up from yesterdays NL action?

What I do know is the Binfield won 5-1 at home to Camberley in the FA Cup Preliminary round. If I read the programme corrcetly, they are next at home to Margate of the Ryman Prem. Is Buster Bloodvessel still chairman down there?

Windsor gained a good 2-2 draw away at Bashley in the Zam Prem.

Here's the link to the FA Cup results from yesterday. Suffice to say that Reading Town got gubbed 4-1 by Newport IoW.

W&E played well considering they had 10 men for the entire game. Preddie is a complete clown in goal and really should be lobbed over the fence to graze in the Great Park. Didcot probably deserved the win. They looked sharper and quicker than W&E. The ref was poor and I mean POOR. He upset just about everyone. I even took Mrs TB to the game. First game she has been to. She hates the fancy dan prima donnas but really enjoyed her first NL experience. Good turn out fro the Diddy fans too. They brought loads.

Good to hear, I watched diddy last week against Bedford. Loads of neat football, reasonably good at the back but no cutting edge. Got the win with the last kick. I see that Bartley scored twice he is absolutely awful.

Wait until you hear of the assists. Both by Delroy Preddie

He makes Nick Colgan look like Dino Zoff.

Bit of a fumble and scramble on hand and knees. Gleefully smashed into the back of the net to much hilarity and jubilation behind the goal. A few comments regarding his family links to Preddie :D

Ex-Oxford keeper, say no more! To be fair to him (Sam Warrell) he's done ok so far. Didcot lost their keeper at the end of last season, big Aussie called Matt Trott. He was quality.

He made one excellent save from a Chennells header, but, despite the pressure W&E mounted didn't really have to do an awful lot. Didcot's defence was strong but then W&E, despite the quality of Chennells as a finisher, are lacking a bit of muscle and height up front.

I felt the central mdfield went missing again. And what is the point of the long ball when there is not a great deal of height or strength up front? Where is Rico???
