cmonurz
leww_rfc Not important but the rankings have changed significantly for the Home Nations (& ROI) since..

England up to 7th (I thought they already were)
ROI up to 25th
Wales up to 45th
Scotland up to 51st
N.Ireland down to 84th

Shows how volatile the rankings are, weren’t they below the Faroes recently?

beat Montenegro, Bulgaria and Switzerland and should've drawn with England. That's quite a fine run of form in terms of international footy.

Ireland a bit short of strikers for their 1st leg; no Doyle, Keane a serious doubt and now Long out (for both games)

Simon Cox up front alone must be striking fear into the hearts of Estonians. Ireland to win 1-0 away and to hold on for a 0-0 draw (or 1-1) in Dublin.

Rather than start a new thread, I thought I'd post this article in here; it relates to where England will be staying for the Euro Finals.
