TredderMr AngryTredder It all seems to be edging towards another 'old scholl tie' fit up, and he'll not be charged with anything, as i said, the moment it went to the CPS, that was the end of it.
I just thought that because it was in the hands of the CPS, then they would either prosecute him or not, but the FA still had to decide what punishment (if any) they would deliver.
If it's a case of, CPS to decide, then he's off scott free.
The FA would still need to charge him first Tredder; they can't just dish out a punishment without hearing the evidence...
But where is the difference between this and Suarez, the FA didn't sent the Suarez case to the CPS, why would they send the Terry one, other than the police wanting to prosecute Terry in a court of law.
The FA should still charge/not charge Terry, irrespective of whether the courts think it's a chargable offence or not, or am i reading this all wrong?

Mr Angry I can't see how Terry can remain as England captain even if acquitted; simply being charged and having to go to Court for something as inflammatory as this will make the blazers at Lancaster Gate have kittens.

No Fixed Abodewho are ya?
QPR have denied themselves that any player has put in a statement
Mr A is a little slow on this one. The three players in question won't be making a statement (confirmed by QPR) as there is nothing to this story.

But he hasn't been found guilty yet. Until then, he should remain captain.

Svlad Cjelli Not sure how all of this will pan out for Anton Ferdinand.

Bandini "I have never aimed a racist remark at anyone and count people from all races and creeds among my closest friends. I will fight tooth and nail to prove my innocence. I have campaigned against racism and believe there is no place for it in society."
Is the word "creed" or "creeds" used in any other circumstance than "I can't have said a racism, I have black m8s".

Bandini Good point swansea jackers.
BBC news - they showed the footage of the Terry/Ferdinand confrontation, but blurred Terry's mouth so you couldn't see him say "black cunt". Unbelievable.

cmonurz Is it normal for the CPS to announce and announcement?

Hoop Blah The flaw in Terry's I was only saying "I never called you a black..." is that from what I remember there was no "a" between the you and black on the video clip I saw.
Well, that and the apparent fact that Ferdinand wasn't aware of the incident, let alone the conversation, until after the game.
