Probably means walked away, if we have offered him bigger deal than Liverpool then it'd be highest we can do possibly. Or it's just nonsense as only club that's offered him a bigger deal according to wider media is Spurs. Yet some say that's us this got me thinking back then.

Good point actually. Utd are obviously in need of bolstering their midfield without considering players leaving elsewhere.
