That's the end of that then.

Unspectacular gritty away fixtures for 'Stoke and 'head

Hoping that Diddy would get Pompey or Sheffield U. away........just for the £'s

Exeter at home will be a sell out tho'

That's actually a game I'd try to put on telly.

Bet we end up with FC United v Chesterfield, Aldersh*t v Bradford and Bury v Wigan though.

...fairly certain the Beeb could be broadcasting some on the Sunday - and they've announced they'll show one live game on the Friday evening on BBC2

... two ties probably in the mix for live showing :

Salford v Notts County - they do have certain connections ...

Brackley v Newport - (possibly the S4C offering but then do the Welsh regard Newport as being in Wales :? ) )

FCUM - were on previously, back in 2010-11 (vs Rochdale) - I s'pose there might be some consideration re timing of a rescheduled tie for 'live' TV - though that hasn't stopped certain broadcasters in the past :|

Full draw:

Burton Albion v Peterborough United
Port Vale v Maidenhead United
Barnet v Blackpool
Bristol Rovers v Chesham United
Cambridge United v Basingstoke Town
Mansfield Town v Oldham Athletic
Altrincham v Barnsley
Crewe Alexandra v Eastleigh
Northwich Victoria or Chorley v Boreham Wood
Coventry City v Northampton Town
Brackley Town v Newport County
Grimsby Town v St Albans City
Hartlepool United v Havant & Waterlooville or Cheltenham Town
Salford City v Notts County
Dover Athletic v Stourbridge
Stevenage v Gillingham
Millwall v AFC Fylde
Aldershot Town v Bradford City
Walsall v Fleetwood Town
Bury v Wigan Athletic
Portsmouth v Macclesfield Town
Sheffield United v Worcester City
Barwell or AFC Rushden & Diamonds v Grays Athletic or Welling United
FC Halifax Town or Guiseley v Wycombe Wanderers
Crawley Town v Luton Town
Doncaster Rovers v Stalybridge Celtic or North Ferriby United
Didcot Town v Exeter City
Dagenham & Redbridge v Morecambe
Leyton Orient v Staines Town
Gainsborough Trinity v Shrewsbury Town
Maidstone United v Yeovil Town
Braintree Town v Oxford United
Whitehawk v Tranmere Rovers or Lincoln City
Accrington Stanley v York City
Scunthorpe United v Southend United
AFC Wimbledon v Forest Green Rovers
Plymouth Argyle v Carlisle United
FC United of Manchester v Chesterfield
Rochdale v Swindon Town
Wealdstone v Colchester United

To be played from 6th-9th November

Despite living 5 mins walk from the Loop and taking in a handful of games each season there is already talk that tickets will be scarce and chances are I may miss out. They will have to tidy up behind one of the goals, which features an unfinished ‘mini-stand’ (probs been like that for the last 5 seasons). Not sure if they will get a temporary structure in as there is not much room round the pitch. Still, cracking draw for the club and much needed income especially with the chairman recently issuing a statement saying how tight things were. I should think that is the season paid for now. Up the Didders!

Bet Carlisle fans were well chuffed with that draw. Nice 800 mile round trip twice in the season.

A football 'club' sticking to their principles and actually wanting to turn down tv revenue for the benefit of the supporters and all the club stands for. A very refreshing stance from FCUM.

They should get the manager to read out the clubs stance when interviewed on tv.

Why worry if it's a team you don't support?

^ He said that he takes in a handful of games each season, didn't you read that? That constitutes some degree of 'support'. It is actually ok to support two football teams, especially if they play each other rarely (if ever). It probably isn't ok to support both Chelsea and Manchester United, as you do 8)

I would have no interest in Didcot if I didn't live there, to be fair. But I do....and about 5 mins walk from the ground. Quite enjoy a bit of non-league football these days; it's a real alternative to modern day professional football. I highly recommend trying it Kesmondo.............going to any game that is

I get the whole going to see a non league team play, but don't get why you'd be gutted at not getting a ticket for a team you don't really support.

I'm a football fan, strong community and I would like to be part of it. Tickets go on sale at 12pm tomorrow, so i'll wander down about 11.30am and I'm sure they'll be plenty of banter with the locals. It's what it's all about !

Nice to see FC United trying to stick to their principles, despite being forced to capitulate to the FA

http://fc-utd.co.uk/m_story.php?story_id=6474

What's really is a joke though is the FA saying that FCUM must charge £10 entrance for the game when their usual price is £9
