You dont need to make posts like this. Just not needed. You know the answers, you want to act cool, maybe get a few bites, but seriously, its not a good look.

From Despair To Where? I guess in the hands if a skilled comedian, it can be thought provoking and can generate an interesting debate
However, in the hands of a tedious edgelord....

tmesis I'd actually suspect the bigger problem is with other pros rather than fans. There's no history of homophobic chanting* although much of that would have been obviously due to the lack of openly gay players. There will no doubt be the odd guy who shouts stuff out, but I really don't think it'll be an issue at all.
* Brighton fans get stick, but the assumption there really is that the fans aren't gay, not that they are.

I disagree with the homophobic chanting part. And as a Brighton fan we’ve been at the end of tons of slurs. Even this year Arsenal banned two of their fans for abuse. It’s not as bad as it used to be with the whole stadium “does your boyfriend know your here” and “we see you holding hands” it was more prevalent in championship and league one.

From Despair To Where? I actually think other pros will be OK with it. With most players being under 30, I reckon they'd be less tolerant of homophobia because, well, culturally its tolerated less.
I can imagine there being a few dinosaurs left at board level, though.
