I was gutted when Ray Houghton scored that spawny goal against Italy in USA '94 and, as England hadn't qualified, plenty of folk this side of the Irish sea were more than happy to jump on the bandwagon - sickening.

b) It's actually a FOREIGN COUNTRY - why don't English people support France? It's actually closer to England.

But I was born in England and therefore class myself as 100% English.
