Smoking Kills Dancing Doe Stoke add Jay Boothroyd and will get Nugent if he's he fit soon.

Still think Stoke will do it. Would be interesting to see Pulis is the Prem, to say he's old school is putting lightly, makes Coppell look media friendly!!

Stoke and Bristol City will both come up IMO, making any relegation for Reading that much harder to take :|

The standard of the Prem next year is going to be pretty awful

A win for MK Dons against Wycombe this Saturday will guarantee promotion.

Also this weekend:

Championship:

A loss for Scunthorpe at Palace on Saturday will send them down. A draw could also relegate them if Barnsley, Coventry, Southampton and Sheffield Wednesday all get at least a point.

League 1:

A loss for Doncaster at home to Swindon on Friday night will send Swansea into the Championship next season. If Donny get a result, then Swansea only need to match that result away to Gillingham on Saturday to gain promotion.

A loss or a draw for Luton at home to Brighton relegates them. If Crewe win at Yeovil or Gillingham beat Swansea, Luton will also be relegated even if they beat Brighton.

A loss for Port Vale at home to Huddersfield will relegate them if Crewe or Gillingham get a draw or a win. A draw for Vale will relegate them if Crewe or Gillingham win. A win for Vale still won't be enough if Millwall (away at Hartlepool), Crewe and Gillingham all win.

The standard in the Championship this season is somewhat dubious to say the least, and bodes well for us next season - in the Prem, of course, before anyone splits hairs.
This last few days alone has seen Bristol City lose at Southampton (in the bottom three), Stoke lose at home to Palace and now Watford dorked at home by Barnsley (again bottom three). Had any of those three won, they would respectively have gone TOP of the table with four to play. They're tripping over themselves to leave it wide open for WBA and Hull to go up automatically, to leave them fighting for the Derby County route to the Prem...and back again.

West Brom currently 1 up away at Wolves, Hull also 2-0 up. If Hull were not to win tonight it would surely all but hand promotion to West Brom.

If these 2 teams win then it will be hard for Watford to get back into the automatic places, sets up a very interesting match between Stoke & Bristol City on Saturday.

But they draw 0-0 and have to wait until the weekend...

This weekend:

Championship

No promotions or relegations can be decided.

League 1

No promotions can be decided.

Bournemouth will be relagted if either a) they lose at Walsall and Crewe get at least a point at home to Cheltenham or b) they draw and the Crewe v Cheltenham game also ends up as a draw.

League 2

MK Dons only need a point away at Stockport to clinch promotion. Peterborough can also clinch promotion if they win at Hereford and Stockport fail to beat the MK Dons.

Wrexham will be relegated if either a) they lose at home to Notts County and Dagenham & Redbridge get at least a point away to Rotherham or b) they draw and Notts County v D&R is also a draw and Chester get at least a point at Wycombe.

Does anyone have the 'you've let us down again' picture? I feel like lolling at Wolves today.

Can someone please explain this phrase to me. I hear it all the time at the end of the season and it's really bugging me.

If it were to all but....surely it would mean they were nowhere near.

If my other half all but let me ravish her, it would mean I didn't, so how does Hull not winning all but hand it to the Baggies. Surely you mean nearly?

If a team does "everything but" score a goal, doesn't that normally mean nearly?

What's the difference?
