Royalee They should allow them for South Africa games only. Flares are banned at the world cup and they're prominent in many countries, you can't have a beer in the ground yet can in many countries, you can't smoke in grounds at the world cup so it stands to reason you can ban those stupid horns.

Horns aren't a fire & safety hazard. Horns can't give you cancer through secondary smoking. Horns can't lead to people losing control of themselves and running amok. Ban horns and you have to ban all musical instruments.
Otherwise an excellent and extremely well thought out argument.

They can make you go deaf, they can be used as weapons, they affect the quality of football as per Patrice Evra's comments here:

Royalee Do players, supporters and broadcasters complain about drums and trumpets? Are vuvuzelas actually played in a tune?
Hopefully an England fan will do the right thing and lob one onto the pitch so that they're banned.
