Bandini The "Much Travelled Robbie Keane", to give him his full name.

He really should now go the full hog like Marvelous Marvin Hagler did - I would certainly respect him the more for it.

Ideal
TBM Robbie Keane to Villa on loan

Lol, having seen him in the MLS I'm not convinced that'll be very successful. Sure he's scored a few goals, but he's lost all his pace.

keane hasn't had any pace for about 7 years. what he does have is a keen eye for a pass and great awareness, and he can chip in with a few goals.

That's what's weird about the move. From what I've seen of Villa this season they pretty much play on the counter attack every game, relying on Agbonlahor/Bent's pace in behind or Heskey winning the long clearances. It doesn't suit Keane's style IMO.

The latest rumour doing the rounds - Tevez to QPR. Joorabchian being the link.

:| Yeah, Ok then. Fabio's lining me up as the surprise inclusion in the Euro 2012 squad, after which I will immediately star in the Olympic tournament.

Gibson to Everton for an initial £500k

He's not the greatest player in the world but that's crazy cheap.

With another £2m coming at the end of the season, no doubt

Potentially a steal, but Fergie is generally a good judge. But then for £1m it’s a cheap punt for Newcastle too, and for Morrison it probably means more regular football. Perhaps this means Tiote is on his way.

If they do get him I think it could be an excellent signing for the toon.

Getting away from the arse end of Manchester will do him a load of good.

A winger isn't he?

United will only get around £300k if his contract expires in the summer and leaves for free, so £1m from Newcastle is about right.
