No they didn't. They paid around £3m upfront. That was the going rate for a player of his ability. We'll never see the payments increase to the reported £5m. Either Stoke wont stay up, or Kitson will leave before hand. Or both.

We're probably better off if they move him on as there'll be a sell-on clause - even as part of a swap deal they'd have to put a realistic market value on his head.

I've answered you twice already! I can't really post from work any more. I've been off sick lately, and only just getting online via Safe Mode Networking. The laptop is fooked and wont last much longer.
