Extended-Phenotype Meh, Gylfi / Brendan / boohoo. It came down to one game which Swansea won. Come back and gloat all you like when you finish 8th or become a city which can boast more than being an ambitionless graveyard of abandoned buildings, low skill level and extensive heroin addiction.

As bitter as the above comment is, it is pretty much spot on. Having lived there for the past three years, Reading is like heaven on earth compared to Swansea.

Anyway best of luck for the rest of the season. I'm sure you will be fine this season, enjoy it!

I would not be surprised to see BR take over the mantle from Arsene Wenger at Arsenal. The style of football is perfect for them.

swansea jack How observant...however, whilst I'm sipping cheap whisky to keep me warm in said shop window I'll be happily watching 'The Sig' spanking them in for the mighty Jacks.

Yeah? Well you have AIDS, love having AIDS and have affectionately named your AIDS 'AIDSY'.

In other words, you win and I hate you.

PS. See you tonight, Floyd. I’ll be home six-ish.

Problem is the Sig doesn't "spank them in" from the wing or the subs bench.

I for one hope Brendan gets as much out of Gylfi as he did when he was managing Reading.

oh how i'd LOL if we draw swans at home in the cup, constantly taunted about the play-off walloping throughout the game, outplayed...gylfi smashing one home in front of 4,000 merry swansea fans..rodgers on the sideline conducting another win. Reading fans all bitter and miserable at swanseas dominance.

If you think that then you are not a fan of this club.

Didn't say you did it was only a pastiche of the Rodgers-Dellor interview hence the use "If you want to see that" (before I remembered that our Brendan actually said "if you think that"). However, The fact you dreamt up such a scenario and said you'd LOL at it would suggest that you would get some kind of pleasure from it occurring.

No need to send any bullets through the post.

Err, no.
Arsene Wenger's style of football has been completely different.
While Arsenal like to pass it about, they always try to make it direct football, meaning they try to go for an end product at goal.
During their unbeaten season they played amazingly direct football, the fact that their players were so skillful made it easier to play amazing direct football which won them the league.

If you think this style of play has anything in common with "passing it backwards and across the back four, and not once having a go at goal for 60 minutes"-Rodgers style football, then it's just that you are not analyzing it correctly.

Er, slight contradiction in your own words...if we had the likes of the Barca / Arsenal squad then BIG WATCH would b playing more direct...unfortunately our transfer budget is our limitation in that respect...so BW makes us keep the ball longer...surely even you must know that the other team can't score when this happens?

Good result for Swansea again today - I wouldn't worry about Ideal SJ, he along with many of our fans think football should be played in the clouds.

Lovely stuff again from Swansea today, Reading huffed, puffed and hoofed against a league one team who outplayed them.

He still talks like a retard.

A Rodgers interview must contain

'control'

'mentality'

and lots of

'So err'
