Think you have to make a mention of Mendy last night too. He has gone under the radar somewhat since his arrival but he is a very solid and reliable keeper. If anything the lack of fanfare or comments about him this season show that he is doing well and very steady, no news is good news when it comes to being a keeper.

Playing Sergio Ramos was clearly a desperate move as he was clearly unfit and unbalanced the entire defence - and probably the midfield a bit too with Vinicius 'trying' to fill in at wing-back

The UKG would not agree to exempt press and officials from quarantine. That would have meant UEFA paying these TV companies compensation, so they found somewhere that would accept everyone without restrictions.

I think it's the right call for UKG, why should these people from red list countries bypass quarantine. Sorry for the fans though who are sure to be fleeced on travel and hotels.
