Home to Swansea and Villa, away at WBA.

Given their escape specialism I fully expect them to get 7 points from those 3.

Nah I don't think so. At best they'll get 38 points & it won't be enough.

MmmMonsterMunch I think Wigan are gone now. Can't see them getting more than 1 win from the last 3. About time they went down IMO.

sandman

Football.

Brentford really don't do last day deciders.

Still can't believe it actually happened, I thought Cureton's goal in 2002 was as bad as it gets but I was wrong, very wrong!

Don't do playoffs either. 6 times in the playoff in League 1 and never won them. Even if we get past Swindon which is unlikely then Yeovil will cane us at Wembley.

Enjoy your visit there next season.

I don't fancy Sheff Utd at all.

Gutted for Brentford I suppose but I like Donny Rovers so every cloud and all that. Sickening way to blow it though.

I can't remember a side winning in the playoffs having gone into them with such poor form as United have suffered recently. Add that to the unnecessary turbulence of sacking their manager recently to no obvious benefit... no, it looks bad.

Surely they won't lose to Yeovil though. Swindon to beat them in the final I think, presuming that Brentford's disappointment does for their chances.

Residents want fish to be moved from a pond in Watford.

There is a tradition among Hornets fans of jumping in the top of town pond when their team has been promoted.

Watford Borough Council said concerned residents had been in touch about the welfare of the fish, suggesting they be relocated for the day.

Arsenal have been relegated, but not since 1913!

Arsenal also haven't been promoted since 1904.

They were just rather dubiously "invited" to join the expanded Div 1 in 1920, in much the same way that Qatar was "invited" to host the World Cup in 2022.

Spoke to a couple of Wolves fans in Brighton yesterday, they aren't expecting much today.
