After the way Cellino treated McDermott I think it would take a big leap of faith for his mate Dolan to risk throwing away all he has here.

He seems comfortable in his current role and didn't really want the Reading job when it came up (I think that was genuine, not just a saving face stance) so why he'd jump into bed with a bit of a loon at a club like Leeds is beyond me.
