I think that you will find that Scottish U21 football is about the same standard as Reading Sunday League Division 5.

Saw him a couple of times on TV last season and he looks a strong boy.
The last young Scottish defenders signed by Liverpool included Hansen,Gillespie and Stevie Nicol who weren't too shabby so let's see how he does over the next few years.

Wilson is a decent player, came in at times last season and played well but didn't start all that much. Very young for a centre back too, definitely a prospect - rangers need money badly so thats not a bad price for either party.
