Harry is probably one of those that leave early as he rushed off to get his flight sorted out for Rome and still doesn't know the result.
Or perhaps he is one of those fans that doesn't go.
BTW nothing to do with Harry (or at least I don't think so) I did see a lad of about 20 with longish black hair wearing a Reading shirt looking a bit lost outside the ground and it was the only non-Barcelona or Chelsea I saw on the night.

oh, and if Ballack was even half as determined to chase down Iniesta for the goal as he was to chase down the ref then Chelsea would be in the final now.

I must admit that is what I thought afterwards...no coincidence that the two most animated players were those with the biggest guilty conscience in Ballack for not closing Iniesta down and going back to "cigar smoking" mode of a couple of seasons back, and Drogbreath for being pants in the two games and missing chances that even Kalou would have put away.

Couldn't Roman just simply buy himself a solid gold replica of the European Cup? Shirley it would be cheaper in the long run, quicker and less painful for him than watching his expensively assembled, normally efficient but unspectacular, team trying to win it...

Loved the Chelsea "hardcore" fans interviewed on TV straight after the game. Mainly posh school kids or middle aged, middle class, middle managers from Surrey.

AF1

Thaks for postimg that. I said at the time that it was a penalty.

Hand on his shoulder, a clumsy tackle from behind, stopping Fabgregas getting to the ball.

And yes, due to all of those factors, he was able to get a touch on the ball, followed by wrapping his legs around Fabgrgas'.

Foul. Penalty. Sending off.

If that had been at the other end Ferguson would have been screaming the place down looking for a penalty.
