one of my personal betting rules (the other two are never do Italian football as it is corrupt and has let me down for my potential biggest 3 wins (one which was 7k), and never bet on away teams) is to never bet on Man City.

In 2 seasons been let down 9 times by them solely, for a total of 600 odd quid possible winnings

It was clearly an error, it's written into their t&c's so lets not shit the bed. The guy was betting 6 quid 4fs

Exactly this. I expect a lot of people had a bet that wouldn't have bothered otherwise, because of the better odds, so they've still taken a hit from the fcuk up.

Think it's more the fact when we make mistakes ie wrong bet they wouldn't cancel - but they can do what they like when they do.

Agree though- Trader obviously didn't realise the away goal rule and compared with other bookmakers they then re-priced accordingly
