Arab takeover eh???

Rodgers leaving was always gonna happen, there were emails and 'sources' flying around that time for sure.
So the Pulitzer Prize for that scoop, is gonna be safe this time round I'm afraid.

winchester_royal but I'm a neutral, and as such I'd rather see the team trying to play football win.

I don't think any team gives a shit about what the neutrals think of the way they play.

Well I guess we might as well delete the whole General Football board then....

Honestly, what a thoroughly moronic and pointless thing to say :| .

Bayern appeal Ribery's 3 match Ban.

I would have thought an extension to the ban would be more appropriate. Shocking Tackle.

They've got nothing to lose by appealing.......if they are successful he plays, if they're not then he wont but wont be there next season anyway, so any additional matches wont bother them

I actually detect Jose with a vehement passion, but wanted Inter to win as I think Bayern have a better chance against them than Barca

Go Bayern!

Tony Le Mesmer Im just glad the media hyped Barcelona oxf*rd fest in over. The commentary last night was, again, was just so biased.

Too right. Chelsea would have beaten Barca to get to the final last year but for the appalling referee and now Barcelona have failed again at the business end of the competition. Can we please now put the Barcelona w*nk fest to bed?

Especially after barca fans set off fireworks in the inter hotel
Pelted the coach with stones and lighters
Formed a hate mob for mourinho 2,000 strong chanting obscenities
Police tried arresting eto'o for taxes on the day of the game
Turned the sprinklers on inters team while they were celebrating at full time ( turned on nowhere else on the pitch)

I'm absolutely GLAD they lost. Childish, petulant, arrogant numpties. Fvck off barca.

If that goes through, United will not be happy after being knocked back with Fletchers appeal last season!

On another forum I frequent someone wrote the following:
if jose pulls off the double, much less the treble, i think he takes over the mantle as the greatest manager in the modern game. six league championships in the past eight years in three different leagues plus two champions league titles with different teams would be unmatched by anyone anywhere

I always thought Mourinho was a bit of a twat. Anything to dispute the above?

Any reason? I've always liked him. Great character and hope he manages in the Premiership again.

I've got a feeling when S.A.Ferguson retires, Mourinho will get the job!

Fergie's apparently said he wants Moyes to succeed him.

Probably because when I adopted Reading as my team I immediately disliked all of the top four bullies. Jose seems like a know it all. El sabelotodo.

Yes please.

Can't we try to recommend Barry Fry to them?
