I believe it's Kes making a rather sly dig at frimboloid and his insistence that every (Lallana) Southampton player is supposedly following Pochettino to WHL.

Quite a coup for Sunderland to sign Gomez and Ken Dodd.

Liverpool are supposedly going to sign Lallana, Lambert and Lovren from Southampton.... and no doubt any other players down there beginning with "L" (which may explain why they're not in for Shaw as well).

If Southampton wanted to reduce the amount of the 25% they have to give to Bournemouth for the sale of Lallana are they allowed to:

sell the three players for (say) 30 million and say that Lallana cost 10 million rather than it being 28 million for Lallana and a million apiece for the other two

(apols for the really badly constructed sentences but CBA to change them)

I dont know the real answer but it i remember we kinda did it with Harper to Sheff Utd

We sent him there on a season long loan for a fee (which doesn't have to be paid to Arsenal) and then after the season was up his contact had expired and he signed for them as a free agent.

Yes. See Joao Moutinho's transfer to Monaco with team mate James Rodriguez for €70M. Portuguese media at the time said it was €69M for Rodriguez and €1M for Moutinho as there was a heavy sell on clause on him

Angel Di Maria It hurts you when you are trying to always do your best for a club and then it comes out that you might be going to Tottenham.

Perhaps if he was more consistent with his 'best' then he might not be threatened with a move to Spurs.

He has shown he can play in a central/free role this season and done well there. He is one of the most inconsistent players going though, like a higher class Kebe, he can beat about five players in one move and then the next time he gets it he'll run into the first player in front of him and you wonder what happened to the guy that beat the five players.

Spanish media say Barcelona have had a £38M offer for Aguero turned down. Aguero's father interviewed elsewhere today (amazing timing) says his son wants to move to Barcelona but City wont let him leave.

Forest fans didn't think much of him, but for a newly promoted side that's a cracking bit of business.
