YateleyRoyal Dissent in the ranks?

The Daily Mail reports Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard, 23, has criticised Jose Mourinho's tactical methods after Chelsea exited the Champions League at the hands of Atletico Madrid.

"Chelsea aren't set up to play football," Belgian Hazard told beIN SPORTS' French station.

"Chelsea are set up to counter-attack."

To be fair, there are plenty of clubs in English football set up to play on the counter. Reading did it expertly to win promotion in 2012. Arsenal have been doing it for years. It's a bit harsh to finger Chelsea like that.

Perhaps Mourinho doesn't have a plan B either.

“Chelsea are not made to play football, we are good on the counter-attack, a bit like Real against Bayern Munich,” Hazard said. "Often, I'm asked to do it all by myself and it's not easy."

BR2 Moving on from Europe, what super tactics do you think Mourinho will employ against the mighty Norwich at the weekend?
Having gone all those games unbeaten at home and then losing to bottom club Sunderland I wonder if he will unleash Willian, Oscar and Hazard and play the attacking football that they are well capable of.

Awwww. Still bitter about Sunday's defeat.

Zaretsky God I hope Atleti beat those Merengue pricks. Their fans are insane but they are actually fans.

Yeah those Krazy Atletico fans:

'Real Madrid's Brazilian full-back Marcelo and his young son were subjected to horrific racist abuse by Atlético Madrid supporters after his side's 3-0 Copa del Rey semi-final first leg victory against their city neighbours.

Marcelo did not play in the game but joined a handful of team-mates in a warm-down session around 20 minutes afterwards. At that stage the only supporters left in the Santiago Bernabéu stadium were around 500 Atlético fans high in the north stand. As Marcelo ran towards them, they launched into monkey chants which were clearly audible in the virtually empty arena.

Marcelo stopped immediately below the fans and, motionless, gazed up at them before contuining his exercise. They then chanted: "Marcelo is a monkey." When Marcelo's young son came out and hugged his father soon after, the chant changed to: "May your father die".'

Let's hope 'proper' fans like them win because they're not 'pricks' at all.

I sit next to a Spanish bloke at work, Real Sociedad fan, he tells me that Atletico was the team for the working class and Real was for the rich.....its why Atletico have many racist fans.

Yes they are, the fact Real Madrid have the royal seal tells you that.

Being working class doesn't excuse people telling a little kid that they hope his father dies because they don't like the colour of his skin.

It's like many Liverpool fans. Not predominantly racist or anything, but years of demise on the pitch, closures of mines upt north, a city lagging way behind their major rivals Manchester, Hillsborough etc have lead to a bunch of very bitter and very aggressive fans who use Hillsborough as an excuse when they step out of line.

thats odd. in the states its usaually the richer people who are more racists, and the "working class" who are more subjected to racism, and who are less racist. interesting.
