LIke I said above - City have Burnley soon, so Barnes won't miss the game now. Works in our favour. The main disappointment will be if the FA don't rescind the Matic red card.
The decision is consistent with the ruling. But it's a flawed ruling.
Do you honestly think the red card should be rescinded?* Yes, the tackle was awful and Matic's reaction was both understandable and IMO entirely justified, but you can't send the message it's OK to shove people about if you feel hard done by. This isn't the sunday leagues
