LOL @ the goalkeeping and defending on show at Arsenal last night.

Bentley's strike was a decent effort, but at only 40mph, the ball not dipping just below the cross bar and with the ball going so high the keeper had a lot of time to get there, which he did before flapping.

That Gomez fella is also crap. Bring back Robinson.

cmonurz Liverpool have the best ever start to a Premier League season, by any club.

I knew I'd heard somewhere that football only started in 1992. Thanks for confirming it for me.

:?:

It's just a stat. Sorry.

Not aimed at you, cmonurz - it just annoys me when football stats are quoted as "since the Premiership began" (sic).

word, I'd like to think anyone would struggle to name a worse top flight keeper than that clown (regulars only so Massimo Taibi misses the cut)

Having said that, ALOLmunia didn't exactly cover himself in glory at the other end did he?

Archie's penalty Lampard's chip = exquisite. I could say the same for Berbatov's creation of the second United goal.

Now, that's what I call class. With his left peg too. Wouldn't see Gerrard doing that.

I thought Almunia was at fault for at least 2 of Spurs goals.......the flapping effort from Bentley and then not holding on to the shot to let Bent in.

Eveyone was saying how good Bentleys goal was but the fact is Petr Cech would have just caught that ball.

Wow, neither of those teams conceded 4 either, thus walking off with the full 3 points

As 'odds' go, its up there with "I've had more sexual partners than Spacey" - it may be true, but its not that much to be proud of.

:| I'm sure Gooners are livid at still not losing to Spurs home or away since 1999 in the League. LOL @ Spurs fans getting excited about scoring four goals and only drawing

Exactly - IF say Spurs were 4-2 up with 2mins to go and Arsenal got it back to 4-4 then the Spurs fans wouldn't be banging on about this result at all :|
