Well, USA play a difficult high tempo game that makes it hard for an England team that's never going to play keep ball and tire them out. Altidore is shockingly poor. We've easily got the beating of them, though Donovan is a real danger.

But generally we're our own worst enemy when it comes to stupid errors or switching off. Well done to Green for throwing the ball in his own net to make a proper game of it.
