No Fixed Abode Sidwell is going to sign for the Hammers.

Why would he do that? Since O'Niell's departure, Sidwell played in every game until his injury; why would he leave Villa to join a Championship team?

Exactly, heaven knows how he survives! Let's hope he and his family don't go too hungry this Christmas.

Whilst we're on the subject...an ex-boss of mine recently told me that Sidders' house was on the market back in the summer. He had a viewing and said that there were LOADS was photos of Sidwell all over the house and that the centrepiece of the living room was a HUGE woodcarving of Michael Jackson hanging on the wall. Class!

Big Foot City close in on Dzeko

LOLz @ Dzeko annoucing that his dream move was to Milan, that he supported them as a boy, that a move to Milan is all he has ever wanted.

Then when they say they don't want him he announces that all he wants is a move to Man City etc etc

I thought today's news of Jon Parkin going to Cardiff was interesting.
Either it means that Bothroyd is on his way or Dave Jones feels (like a lot of us do)that a different option up front is handy to have.

One of them has to be leaving surely..

Bothroyd, Bellamy, Jarvis, Keogh, Chopra, Parkin

would be too much, Yes Bellamy and Keogh are loans but if they go up they might well stay!

At 30 years old there has to be a better and bigger club that will show some interest. I know he has some off field problems (was it alcoholism?), but still, he's got to be worth a punt. A player like that at Blackburn would be a joke.
