Silver Fox Can anyone explain to me why Pompey, who clearly aren't out of administration, haven't had points deducted this season?


They agreed a CVA.


I read yesterday that the nub of the issue that would have got them wound up was that Gaydamak hadn't agreed to the CVA, so do you just need to agree with one of the creditors to avoid a deduction?

Is it normal for the chairman who puts the club into liquidation (to secure his cash as a secured creditor) to then become chairman again after the CVA is agreed?

They were forced to by the FL, but they only disclosed it to the FL, not publicly.
